Technicians

In this role, you would be responsible for the laboratories' basic functions and participate in daily analyses and cell culturing.

The nature of the research work requires an ability to cope with changing situations and a mindset willing to face and overcome challenges. The official language at KCT is English, and good oral and writing skills are required to succeed in everyday work. The vacancy is permanent.

Technician, Procurement and Logistics

We are currently looking for a Technician for versatile tasks of logistics and materials!

The position provides an opportunity to work in a diverse way in our supply chain and to develop its smoothness. We hope you have a good understanding of warehouse management. A degree in the field of logistics and/or procurement, as well as previous work experience in the responsibilities of warehouse management and the ordering processes, are considered as an advantage. KCT's working language is English, yet wish you to have good oral and written proficiency in Finnish and English. The vacancy is permanent.

Senior Scientist / Scientist

We are currently looking to recruit a competent Scientist or Senior Scientist to strengthen our Vector Platform, the Downstream team! We are searching for a skilled process developer for biological products. Vector Platform Team is responsible for gene therapy virus vector productions and process development (Adeno, Lenti, AAV).

Our goal is to develop new gene and cell therapy products and processes for the future. We have extensive occupational healthcare and working with us, you are entitled to good employment benefits, such as extensive occupational healthcare and we support your physical and cultural free-time activities. We provide you with wide initial training and a warm welcome. KCT is located in vibrant Kuopio, which offers a safe living environment, friendly atmosphere and clean nature.
